Works Nearing Completion at New Hereford House
Having been appointed by Limana Properties Ltd and CKW Surveyors in April, our specialist team have been conscientiously working on a project at New Hereford House, a residential property located in central London.
Following the successful installation of boiler flues and internal lighting earlier this year, our outstanding operatives have been working tirelessly on the final phase, which includes a complete renewal of the 740m2 flat roof.
Using scaffolds and hoists to safely gain access to the roof level, our efficient team are making fast progress on the last phase. Having already removed and replaced all existing insulation, we have ensured all recent building regulations have been met, enhancing the thermal efficiency of the building.
With the December deadline fast approaching, the last element of this extensive project includes renewing glass rooflights which serve 6 penthouses. Our expert team have successfully delivered all phases of this project so far, keeping safety at the forefront of each stage and minimising any disruption to the residents and neighbouring properties.
